We use UPS Express service for shipments to the United States, and the estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days.  - Wrap the measuring tape or string around your wrist at the widest point, making sure it's not too tight or too loose.

 - If you're using a string, mark the point where the string meets and then measure the length with a ruler.

 - Our bracelets are designed with a slight allowance to ensure a comfortable fit, so please choose the size that matches your exact wrist measurement without adding any additional length.

 - Keep in mind that some bracelets, such as beaded bracelets, may fit differently than others. If you're unsure about which size to choose or have any questions, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Yes, our bracelets make great gifts! We offer gift wrapping and personalized messages for an additional fee. Please select the gift wrapping option at checkout and provide the message you would like to include.

If your bracelet arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at info@juniperandeloise.com  for assistance as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
