Shipping Information

DELIVERY
We offer express shipping on all orders and FREE express shipping for orders over $100. All our products are custom made and shipped within 3 business days of payment. 
There is no customs fee for US orders under $800.
The price of our products does not include any tax, customs or duty fees. Juniper & Eloise Bracelets collect product and shipping costs only. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. Signature is required at the time of delivery. 
Important Note For our customers from EU: Starting from 1st July 2021, the EU is making changes to its VAT rules which will affect shipments to the EU. There will be EU VAT tax on every online sale under 150 Eur. The Vat tax rate varies from 17% to 25% depending on the destination country. Our shipping service provider will ask for VAT Tax payment and service fee at the time of delivery.
 
We recommend you to place order from our ETSY store if you’d like to pay the EU VAT tax in advance. ETSY charges the VAT tax at the time of payment, so you will know the amount of the tax that you will pay. Here is the link for our ETSY store.

UPS and FEDEX do not deliver to APO/FPO/DPO (military) addresses.

REFUSED / UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
We collect one way shipping fee at the time of order. Buyers are responsible for providing correct address and acceptance of the shipment at the time of delivery. Uncollected packages will not return to us. Uncollected packages are returned only in some countries and the return shipping fee and customs fee will be charged to buyer in case of the return of uncollected /unclaimed shipments. We do not refund payments of uncollected shipments.
